He is survived by: his wife Noreen Osborn; his sons, Kim Osborn (Tammy) and Tim Osborn (Deborah); his daughter-in-law Carrie Osborn; his grandchildren, John Osborn (Jennifer), Krystle Osborn, Brittney Iagulli (Nicholas), Brandon Osborn (Haley), Gage Trendel, Rilee Osborn and Jenna Osborn; and his siblings, Kathie Romaker (Steve) and Thomas Osborn (Bunny). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Church of God, Children's Fund in Jerry's memory.
