She is survived by: her children, Phil Kerr (Connie), Vickie Ostrander (Ken), Rick Haskins (Kelly), Luann Haskins (Mike), Kathy Preston (Jim) and Kimberly Slagle (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Renee Horshak (Jan), Kellie Pelland (Tommy Miller), Corey Ostrander (Mark), Shawn Peto, Alisha Espitia (Nick), Amy Shade (Andy), Ashly Haskins (Jamie), Ben Haskins (Tracy), Beth Henderson (Nate), Erika Swaney (Casey), Michael Preston, Nicole Godwin (Tyrell) and Dennis Slagle Jr.. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; and 1 great-great-great grandchild.
