With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia M. Gwozdz of Swanton, Ohio, who passed away on September 5, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia M. Gwozdz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Andrzejak and Maude Andrzejak (Pate); her husband Thomas F. Gwozdz; and her brother Edward S. Andrzejak. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Adam and Christina "Chrissy" Adam; and her siblings, Robert L. Andrzejak, Barbara A. Simoni, Mary J. Lucio, Stella M. Karamol and Diane L. Andrzejak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Pat devoted much of her life to serving the community, beginning her career as a nurse's aide at the young age of 14 and worked hard at various nursing homes in Lucas and Fulton Counties until the covid pandemic in 2020.
