With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Taylor Sr. (Swanton, Ohio), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ronald Taylor Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Euvon Taylor and Innes Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Roseann (Babiuch); his sister Cheryl Deacon (Oren); his children, Ron Taylor Jr. (Wendy Whaley), Randy Taylor, Renee Bezeau (Greg Redd), Racquel Lorenzen (Brian) and Kandi Helminiak (Danny); his nieces, Wendy Deacon-Segrest (Zuzana Birova) and Lori Deacon-Ross (Dave); and his grandchildren, Jordan Taylor, Maxx Taylor, Chelc Floyd (Josh), Amber Never, Curtice Never, Ashlee Never, Jamee Thompson, John-Paul Thompson, Jodi Thompson, Justin Bezeau (Jacquelyn), Danielle Leahey (Tom), Brittany King (Shad), Courtney Kwapinski (Scott), Chase Lorenzen, Sami Lorenzen and Peyton Lorenzen. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Trinity United Methodist Church (210 S Main St, Swanton, OH 43558). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Trinity United Methodist Church.
