He is survived by : his mother Frances Wurns; his children, Courtney Tolles (Anthony II), Eli Lane Lane (Krysta) and Joey Blandy (Kari); his stepmother Tari Arnold; his grandchildren, Kylie Tolles, Anthony Tolles III, Evelyn, Granger Blandy, Noah Lane, Dean Lane, Ella and Dixie Kimble; his siblings, AJ Heath, Ben Mold (Trish), Josh Phillips, Lyndsay Buchele (Scott), Lora Meyers and Kelly Ferguson (Brian); and his girlfriend Sara Flathers.
