It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A Hoffman of Swanton, Ohio, born in Adrian, Michigan, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Darcy Hoffman and Mildred Hoffman (Janson); and her siblings, Robert, Dale, Betty Kodelman and Donna Sieler.

She is survived by : her sister-in-law Nancy Hoffman; and her pets, Stella and Chuck. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many wonderful friends.

To reflect Ruth's enduring generosity, her family asks that in lieu of flowers, you would perform a random act of kindness or to Hospice of Northwest of Ohio.
