He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lumbrezer and Martha Lumbrezer (Hassen); and his brothers, Joseph Lumbrezer (Charlotte), Jack Lumbrezer (Rita) and Melvin Lumbrezer (Mary).
He is survived by: his wife Margie; and his sister Irene Warniment. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
On June 25, 2015, Tom and Margie received the President's award at the 35th annual meeting from the Area Office on Aging of Northwest Ohio in recognition of outstanding contributions to Senior Citizens and the Field of Aging.
