It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Ray Phillips of Swanton, Ohio, born in Wauseon, Ohio, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Chloe Gertrude Phillips (Caudill); and his sister Pamela. He is survived by: his father James "Eddie" Phillips of Bryan; his children, Nickolas R. Phillips of Pioneer and Ashlynn N. Phillips of Napoleon; his grandchildren, Harley, Addison, Charlie and Hunter; and his sister Patricia Hill (Doug). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
