She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper Evans and Hazel Evans (Spurlock); her spouse Ragon Pete Smith; and her siblings, Carl Evans and Sue Montgomery.

She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Ragon Smith; her grandchild Ryan; her great grandchild Georgia; and her sibling Dale Evans of Loveland.
