She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Marie Smith (Stark). She is survived by: her husband Rick Puffenberger; her children, Mike Puffenberger (Kathryn) and Katie Wambo (Rob); her grandchildren, Leah, Jack, Nora and Mason; and her stepmother Rhonda Smith.
