He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Adkins Sr. and Mary Adkins (Love). He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Adkins; his stepchildren, Ryan Landis (Stacee) and Rachel Landis (Shawn); his grandchildren, Mario, Julia Wallace, Sam and Ellie Landis; his great grandchild Kathleen Landis; and his brothers, Alan Adkins (Kathy), Gary Adkins (Teresa) and Jim Adkins (Linda).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Moose Lodge (6072 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Toledo Humane Society or LC4 in Chuck's memory.
