He is survived by: his children, Charles "Bubba" Houttekier, Jr. and Wendy Porter; his stepdaughter Lori Holub (Keith); his daughter-in-law Denise Crouch-Provo (Chuck); and his siblings, Joyce Goins, Randy Houttekier and Richard Sallow. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
