She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Clyde McCullah and Nellie Bowlin McCullah; her husband Homer J. Couture; and her siblings, R. L., Jack McCullah, Carolyn Thrasher and Henrietta Furchtenicht.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Thomas J. Couture and Tammy Browning; her siblings, Goldie Blakely, Birdie McCullah, Joyce Huddleston, Evelyn McCullah and Gail Buck; her grandchildren, Brooke Zuniga (Carlos) of Toledo and Jay Rose; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Mia Bella Zuniga, Dallas and Devon Rose; Patricia Thompson (James) of Toledo, Jeffrey Rose and Terry Rose of Sylvania. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, adoring great grandchildren.
