He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer D Engle and Sally Speiser. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Rollins (Creed), Carrie Gonzalez (Nacho), Robin Rust (Carl), Virginia Engle and Tracy Engle; his stepson Earl Oswald III (Jessica); and his brother James Speiser (Connie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
