We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2026 we had to say goodbye to James Richard Strick Jr. of Sylvania, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrie Strick and James Strick. He is survived by: his wife Julie (Dunlap); his daughters, Miranda (Jenna Moszkowicz), Elizabeth and Kelly (Matthew Jahns); his siblings, Cheryl Toska, Michelle Strick, Paul Strick, Jackie Strick and Madelyn Rawson; and his granddaughters, Kennedy James and Faye Marie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reeb Funeral Home (5712 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560). A rosary was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (5373 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ALS Associates, 2026 Walk to Defeat ALS under Team Strick or Team Gleason.
