The memory of Jane Burns of Sylvania, Ohio, who passed away on October 20, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Bendheim and Helen Bendheim (Meyers); and her in-laws, Edward A. Burns and Virginia Davis (James). She is survived by: her husband Michael Burns; her daughters, Barbara Riggs (Todd) and Amy Siegel (Trey); her grandchildren, Justin, Andrew, Charles, Carlos, Elizabeth, Henry Riggs, AJ and Claire Siegel; and her siblings-in-law, Edward Burns (Kay), Robert Burns (Kathie) and Janice Burns. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Reeb Funeral Home (5712 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Jane's wish was for support to be directed to PBS, NPR, or a charity of you choice.
