She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Adams and Arthur Adams; her husband Dr. Keith Gaspich; her sister Joye Newberry; her daughter Kathy DeFoe; and her grandson Matthew DeFoe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Elliott (Mike) of Sylvania and Kristyn Allen (Charles) of Marysville, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Mark DeFoe (Angie), Meredith Campbell (Jason), Megan Sizemore (Jon), Charles and Chase Allen; and her great grandchildren, Matthew DeFoe, Mya, Ava, Lincoln DeFoe, Jack and Zoey Sizemore.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home (11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694).
