He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Horace, Susan Jeffers and Marie Crawford; his father Vern; and his sister Jenny.
He is survived by: his wife Kelie; his children, Christopher, Stephanie (Mychael), Dylan and Nicholas (Caryssa); his grandchildren, Julian, Michael, Paisley, Aubree, Liam and Mila; his mother Carol; and his siblings, Bill (Cheryl), Susie, David (Terry) and Matt (Jenni). He is also survived by extended family members and many close friends.
