He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kruse (Hansen) and John H. Kruse. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kruse (Morgan); his children, Lindsay Elhoni (Kruse) and Steven Kruse (Marlo Thomas); his sisters, Carol DeGroff (Kruse) and Marilyn (Kruse) Somers (Tom); and his cousin Chuck Hansen (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
