She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Martin and John Kavalick. She is survived by: her husband William R. Lindsley; her children, Patrick, Ashley and Erin Lindsley; her uncle Darryl Martin (Bonnie); and her siblings, Sherry Lynn and Phil Tafelski (Cathy). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
