With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L Watson Sr. of Sylvania, Ohio, who passed away on March 17, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Florance M. Watson (Dickerson); his former wife Marcia; and his siblings, Arthur "Bud", Betty, Catherine, Dorthea May, Eugene, Fred, George, Grace, Judy, Kenny, Maragret, Paul, Ronald, Rosella, Sharon and William.
He is survived by: his father George E. Watson; his girlfriend Donna Watson; his children, Greg Miller (Cheryl), Robin Watson and Rick Watson (JoAnna); his sister Rosie Dye (Carl); his niece Cheryl Foley (Tony); and his nephews, Michael Watson (Brandy) and Tony Watson (Jeanie). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many more nieces and nephews, along with great nieces, great nephews and great- grand nieces and nephews.
