She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Szymanski and Emily Szymanski; her siblings, Judith (Frank Faber), Bernie (Bernadette Toth) and Theodore "Ted" Jersek; her siblings-in-law, Charles, Bonnie Puckett, Betty, Carroll Wollam, Phyllis, Ken Briggs and Gene Luce; her nieces and nephews, Randy Wollam, Christopher Wollam (Jay), Mike Wollam, Debra Grodi, Jeannie Briggs, Dan Puckett and Ron Gerber; and her parents-in-law, Cleo and Hazel Hammons.
She is survived by: her husband Larry William Hammons; her siblings, Dennis Szymanski (Janine) and MaryAnn Jersek; her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Knaggs (Howard) and Barbara Luce; her children, Amy S. Hammons (Richard Kirby), LeighAnn Pillarelli (Scott) and Larry Hammons (Jennifer LaColla); and her grandchildren, Brayden, Braxton, ReighAnnon, Reddik, Rocco, Ryker, Jack and Peyton.
