He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia; and his siblings, Hiram "Sonny" Summers, Ida Storer (Tom), Harry Summers (Dorothy), Audrey Long (Swede Johnson), Juanita Hansen (Ted) and Albert "Bud" Summers (Helen).
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Summers; his children, Tim Summers, Tracy Costello (Greg) and Tammy Gresko; his grandchildren, Anastassia, Angiovanna, Nicholas, Anthony, Ryan and Adam (Mckenna Berger); and his friend Jim Herbst (Irene).
