Timothy O'Hare Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina "Jean" O'Hare and James "Jim" O'Hare (Shirley); his grandparents, Edward, Alberta Henne of Pennsylvania, James and Lenora O'Hare of New Jersey; and his uncles, Michael O'Hare of West Virginia and Edward Henne of New Jersey.

He is survived by: his children, Lauren (Lexi) and Trevor; his grandson Odin O'Hare; the mother of his children Elizabeth "Beth" Raimy; his siblings, Kathy Sanders (Dave), Mike O'Hare (Lisa) and Maureen Smith (Dave); his siblings' children, Chandler Smith (Rachel), Ian O'Hare and Erin O'Hare; his aunt Susan Henne; and his girlfriend Brittany DeCair.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Timothy's honor may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
