A funeral service was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at the Toledo Memorial Park (6382 Monroe St, Sylvania, OH 43560).

“Every time I hear a lawn mower I think of you. It reminds me of summertime when I would attempt to sleep in, but you would be mowing from sun up to sun down …almost everyday. Eventually the sound became a comfort and even now I want to nap whenever I hear it. It was such a gift to grow up next door to you and grandpa. I could walk in anytime of day and be offered a pepsi and something to eat. As I got older you would offer me a whiskey because it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. I ❤️ and miss you both.”
