He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Polycarp and Lida Ola Eckard (Frye); his wife Lucy Jane Eckard (Killian); and his child Carman Huxel (William). He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Hare (Daniel) and Peggy Schmidt (Harry); his grandchildren, Kristina Palmer (Matt), Andrew Hare, Sara Clifford (Jeremy), Laura Schmidt and Morgan Butler; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Palmer, Jared Palmer, Warren Clifford, Phoenix Clifford and Cali Butler.
