He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Koker, Sr. and Martha Pinkerton Koker; his brothers, Ralph, Jr., Kenneth and Gerald; his grandson Adam Kemp; and his nephew Tim Koker.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bass Koker; his children, Valerie Koker, Richard Koker (Rick), Allen Koker and Mark Brown (Kattie); and his grandchildren, Erica Warren (Matt), Tina Adams (Mitch), Arik Koker, Kaylee Koker, Brooke Casto and Devin Brown. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
