She is survived by: her husband Dale Maidens; her children, Colin Maidens (Linda) and Christi Hendrix (Petie); her grandchildren, Celestia Barton (Austin), Brandon Maidens and Jacob Maidens (Santana); her great grandchildren, Wade Dale Barton, Leala and Isaac Maidens; her niece Laren Shain (Clayton); and her nephews, Mark Maidens (Meghan) and Kent Wolfe (Kim). She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
