He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Siladie and June Siladie; and his brother Dave Siladie. He is survived by: his wife Linda (George); his sister Shirah Siladie Adams of Columbus; his nieces, Dawn Brunkalla (Siladie) and Elana Honig; and his nephew David Siladie.
