She was predeceased by: her parents, John Custer and Margaret Custer. She is survived by: her husband Steven Staszak; her children, Steven Staszak II (Arene), Christina Hovey (Brent) and David Staszak (Sarah); her grandchildren, Leila, Kiera, Annalise, Steven, Giuliana, Landon, Alaina and Rocco; and her siblings, Carol Esterle (Adam) and John Custer (Karen).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Diane for a future Tallmadge High School nursing scholarship in her name. Donations for the scholarship can be mailed to the Tallmadge Foundation (PO Box 62, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278).
