He is survived by: his wife Renee; his sons, Forrest and Liam; his parents, Forrest Hoffman (Toni) and Maureen Begay (Myron); his grandparents, Larry Weber (Susan) and Mary Cockill; his siblings, Heather Moncada-Hoffman, Marcy Antes, Leigha Hoffman and Josh Bieri; and his close friends, Seth Tilton (Elisa) and Josh Harper (Kira). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Donovan Funeral Home (17 Southwest Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
