He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Harry" Campbell and Sara Ratcliffe (James); and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Scott Campbell (Michele) and Sandi Costa (Domenic); his grandchildren, Jack and Sydney Costa; his brothers, Robert Campbell (Ann) and Nicholas Ratcliffe (Kathy); his sister-in-law Patricia Blain; and his nieces and nephews, Laura, Nancy, Kathy, Jim, Jimmy and Chris (Lisa Siesal).
