He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Sisko and Phyllis Sisko; his nephew Ben; and his in-laws, Robert and Loralea Cevasco.

He is survived by: his wife Julie Cevasco Sisko; his children, Nicole Cochran (Daniel) of Tallmadge, Joseph Sisko (Stacie) of New York and Jonathan Sisko of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Caden Sisko, Colella Cochran, Dante Cochran, Anthony Cochran and Esme Sisko; his siblings, Marie Fallaretta (Tom) of Florida, Joan Harris (Jim) of Florida, Pattie Bell (Steve) of Florida, Philip Sisko (Jeannine) of Hartville and Mark Sisko (Christy) of Florida; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Cevasco (Chris), Dan Cevasco (Connie), David Cevasco (Jan), Mike Cevasco (Margaret), Kevin Cevasco (Cathy), Rick Cevasco (Rita), Mark Cevasco and Scott Cevasco (Beth). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
