He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Hensley; and his siblings, Sue Childers, Robin Hensley, Tom Hensley, Steve Hensley, Sheila Hensley and Jeannie Hardgrove.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeri Ball (Robert) and Cindi Fagan (John); his grandchildren, Jonathan Fagan (Megan), Marah Montgomery (Cody), Emma Fagan, Hannah Hensley, Matthew Rowe and Noah Williamson; his great grandchildren, Cynthia Montgomery, Claire, Calvin, Owen, Simon, Alice and Christian Fagan; and his close friend Diana.
