He is survived by : his wife Tonya (Weisel); his son Aaron Arkenburg (Angie); his granddaughters, Aria and Alia Arkenburg; his brother Rob Arkenburg (Antoinette); his stepfather James Haubiel; his father-in-law George Weisel; his siblings-in-law, Kerry Weisel, Tia Weisel and Amber Bunton (Troy); and his nieces and nephews, Dominic, Roberto Arkenburg, Hannah Squire (Jamie), Mackenzie Tharpe (Ian), Brynna, Madison and Kylie Weisel.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the same location.
