He is survived by: his wife Hope; his daughter Diane Mitchell; his stepchildren, Tiffany Sorber, Hayes Hornish and Bryes Hornish (Shauna); his grandsons, Haydan and Hyde Hornish; and his nieces and nephews, Christy Schneller, Nancy Mitchell, Patricia Mitchell, Greg Schneller (Ruth Ann), Tim Schneller (Karen) and Stephen Hornish (Staci).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital, First Congregation Church, or Eastwood Church of the Brethren.
