He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stoltz and Rita Stoltz; his son Tommie Stoltz; his brother-in-law David Bradley (Rachel Ketterman); and his nephews, Mark Soppi and Sean Bradley.

He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean; his son Josef Stoltz (Jennifer); his stepsons, Timothy Nesbitt (Kim) and James Oliva; his daughters, Rita Whiddon (Jeff) and Lori Anne Falatok (David); his sisters, Rosemary Soppi (Vinny), Barbara Bradley, Cathy Ketterman, Debbie Arndt (Murray) and Beverly Pluck (Bob); his sister-in-law Joyce Ann Winters (Lou); his grandsons, Tyler Stoltz, Thomas Stoltz IV (Christina) and Donald Stoltz; and his siblings' children, Rita Wood (Emil), Jennifer Kolarik (David) and Tony Soppi (Sue).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faith Bible Fellowship Church (126 W Overdale Dr, Tallmadge, OH 44278). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
