He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Walter Ruggles (Kathy) and Melanie; his grandsons, Bryce and Jacob Ruggles; and his siblings, Margaret Baxley (John), Fred Ruggles (Louise) and Richard Ruggles (Barb).
