He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fullen and Margaret Fullen (Green). He is survived by: his wife Mickie Jo Fullen (Thomas); his stepchildren, Amy Rowland, Joshua Herdman and Dustin Redman; his grandchildren, Corey, J. C. Rowland, Carson, Hayden, Harper, Mila Redman and Monroe Redman; his great grandchild Thea; and his brother Tom Fullen (Darlene).
