She is survived by: her fiancé Mike Moehring; her children, Jacob Van Lieu, Carson Van Lieu, Anderson Van Lieu, Molly Moehring, Nate Moehring and Michael Moehring Jr.; her brothers, Dr. Douglas Puterbaugh (Cindy) and Donald Puterbaugh (Susan); and her friend Gathering. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
