He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Louise Kissell (Binckley); and his parents, Maurice Earl Kissell and Irene Elizabeth Kissell (Grumlich). He is survived by: his children, Alicia L. Miller (Ryan), Earl L. Kissell (Maggie) and Anton A. Kissell (Ashley); his grandchildren, Lucas Kissell, Aiden Kissell, Kourtney Kissell, Colin Miller, Jack Kissell, Lauren Miller and Katherine Kissell; and his brothers, Ronald E. Kissell (Joyce) and Rodney M. Kissell (Pamela). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Grace Lutheran Church.
