She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jerry" Bittner and Edith "Jane" Bittner; her husband Paul Culver, Jr.; and her brothers, John and Richard Bittner.
She is survived by: her children, Paul (Brandy), Chad (Holly), Kevin (Kelly), Kyle (Grace) and Erica Coffland (JT); and her siblings, Robert Bittner (Betty) and Dorothy Roth (Joe). She is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Somerset Community Church (139 E Main St, Somerset, OH 43783). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to "The Legacy of the General Scholarship Fund" at North Valley Bank in Somerset.
