He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his daughter Shelli Swank (Freddy); his siblings, Danny Widdifield (Delores), Rick (Leah), Debbie Chuvalas (Jim) and Dottie Runck (Marc); his grandchildren, Shelisa and David Cole; his great grandchildren, Shylisa, Dallas, David II and Arya; his aunt Shirley Bricker (Chuck); and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Quillen and Susie Ohlinger. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, golfing buddies and neighbors.
