He was predeceased by : his father George Harper; his daughter Jodi Copley; his siblings, Mary Jo Webb and Danny Shirey; his stepfather Bill Shirey; and the mother of his children Camilla Harper.

He is survived by : his children, Bridgett Ruth (Brian), Brenda Harper and Anthony Harper; his grandchildren, Brittany Pellett (Joey), Brianne Bartlett (Seth), Zachary Harper (Chrissy McLean), Haylee Copley (Alvin) and Daniel Copley; and his great grandchildren, Trey Harper, Savannah Harper, Kaiden Silva, Isabella Copley and Karalyn Copley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
