He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Walters and Lila Allen Walters; his wife Paulette Jones Walters; and his sister Lucinda Walters. He is survived by: his daughters, Leigh Ann Walters of Austin and Shannon Marie Walters (Ron Mitchell) of Bloomington, Illinois; and his brothers, Les A. Walters (Shirley) of Salisbury and Lee A. Walters (Edie) of Adairsville, Georgia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons.
