With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Emmett Hook of Thornville, Ohio, born in New Lexington, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Leonard Hook; and his brother Richard Hook. He is survived by : his wife Teresa; his daughters, Stacy Chalfant-Walters (Bill) and Kimberly Hook (Missy); his grandchildren, Bryce, Kelci (Devin), Sebashten, Brianna, Ashton, Alex, Philly and Tristin; and his sisters, Sheri Humphrey (Dan) and Cinda Butler (Jerry). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
