He is survived by: his wife Diane Lamp (Billow); his children, Brittney Sprankle (Scott), Kevin Lewis, Keith Lewis, Kurt Lewis (Tiffany Clark) and Amber Stephenson; his grandchildren, Mason, Pateyn Sprankle, Ian, Aaron Lewis, Jake Hoover and Nicholas Stephenson; and his brothers, Tom Lamp and Dr. Mike Lamp (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces and cousins.
