She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Charles and Jetta Biliter; her siblings, J. T. Charles, Ruth Mary Potter, George Charles and Gene Charles; and her daughters, Del Dameron (Buddy) and Vickie Hawthorn (Mike).

She is survived by : her former life partner Bill Stiltner; her husband Joe "Pa" Leffler; her daughters, Char Krumlauf (Dick), Shelia Gallagher (Larry) and Billie Dearlove (Steve); her grandchildren, Kristin Davis (Kip), Kevin Krumlauf (Shelli), Shala Hankison (Erinn), Kara Gallagher (Greg), Jessica Eveland (Justin), Amy Helsel (Scott), William Dameron (Tress), Nathan Dameron (Kirby), Haley Royer (Matt), Addie Whittier (Kevin) and Patrick Gallagher; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Ben, Brooks, Caylin, Chase, Ellie, Emma, Evelyn, Grace, Hayes, Hudson, Hunter, Jimmy, Karis, Keegan, Kiya, Morgan, Thomas, Tristan, Will Jr., Zane and Zoë.
