He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Small and Betty Jean Small (Pangle); his wife Marilyn Marie Small (Cade); his siblings, Charles Edward Small, Pam Small, Regina Goodwin and Darla Jean Fogt; and his sister-in-law Donna Small.
He is survived by : his daughters, Sherrie Lynn Santee of Heath and Chastity Jean Inman of Newark; his grandchildren, Tasha McIntire, Koleman Santee, Tyler Santee, Haleigh Stierhoff and Chase Inman; his great grandchildren, Destyn, Colton, Kaiser and Kain; his siblings, Ron Small of Heath, Donald Small (Mary) of Corning, Bob Small (Kathy Smith) of Buckeye Lake, Millie Pattison (Lee) of Hebron, Margaret Small of Linnville and Marguerite Small of Linnville; and his brother-in-law Russ Fogt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
