We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2022, at the age of 77, Thomas H. Waters of Thornville, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Charles D. Waters; and his siblings, James Waters and Donna Blaney (Richard). He is survived by : his wife Patty Waters (Gockenbach); his children, Chris Waters of Alaska, Kim Kessel (Tim) of Salem, Jeff Waters (Kelly) of Salem and Shelly Young (John) of Newark; his sisters, Judy Armstrong of Newark and Joyce Miller (Gary) of Virginia; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Gockenbach of Columbus, Barb Waters of Reynoldsburg and Bill Gockenbach (Koni) of Thornville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
